Synthesis and evaluation of a boronate-tagged 1,8-naphthalimide probe for fluoride recognition.
A biocompatible fluoride receptor has been developed where the interaction between the boronic acid ester and amine (NH) results in fluoride ion selectivity and enhanced fluorescence quenching.
متن کاملBoronate based fluorescence (ESIPT) probe for peroxynitrite.
A simple probe for the detection of peroxynitrite was developed incorporating a benzyl boronic ester "protecting" unit. The "protecting" unit of the probe is removed by peroxynitrite to "turn-on" ESIPT fluorescence (4.5 fold enhancement). Furthermore, the probe was cell permeable and was used in cell imaging experiments showing an off-on response towards peroxynitrite, in HeLa and RAW 264.7 cells.
متن کاملCharacterization and recognition of proper tagged probe interval graphs
Interval graphs were used in the study of genomics by the famous molecular biologist Benzer. Later on probe interval graphs were introduced by Zhang as a generalization of interval graphs for the study of cosmid contig mapping of DNA. A tagged probe interval graph (briefly, TPIG) is motivated by similar applications to genomics, where the set of vertices is partitioned into two sets, namely, pr...

Triarylborane substituted naphthalimide as a fluoride and cyanide ion sensor.
Triarylborane substituted naphthalimide 3 was designed and synthesized by the Sonogashira cross-coupling reaction. The electronic absorption and emission spectra of the triarylborane naphthalimide 3 show red shifted absorption and emission as compared to 4-bromonaphthalimide 2. The sensing behaviour of 3 was studied for different anions. The triarylborane naphthalimide 3 selectively detects F(-...
